SINOPSYS:

We all have that someone we can’t forget, the summer it all began, and the sleepless nights wondering what went wrong.

For Gage Montgomery, that someone is Layla Baxter. When he was 18, he took one look at the chocolate-haired bookworm with porcelain skin and knew his life would never be the same. But it all came crashing down when Layla suddenly and mysteriously disappeared from St. Simons Island — leaving him with nothing but her angel wing pendent around his neck. For 12 long years, Gage couldn’t shake what happened, if he’s the one to blame, wondering where Layla might be. When their paths finally cross, he’s determined to get the answers he’s spent his life searching for — and to get the girl, too. Quiet Angel is a story of hope, survival, and lost love made new again.

“I missed you, too, but you were never far.” Gage touched his shirt with the wings inside. “You were always there.”

Hi I have a book that came to me  falling the blue sky. I had had the opportunity to read a book from Prescott Lane, in another time with another story ( Perfectly Broken, good story, check it and add TBR) and I loved.

I know that her writing is sweet and warm. And very chic with a touch of classic romance. This book was no exception and in fact was perfect for my holiday. Overall I like the way that Mrs Lane writes. It is my romantic side the speaker, has a classic tone, those stories that get to see how the characters are developed as situations that may be typical in your daily life or you can give them these same touch of fiction, adding a little drama or situations that the characters must face.

Quiet Angel, is one of those books that have to be in a romantic way, have a box of tissues and your favorite ice cream or tea . My mind let himself be guided by such clear images that the author presents us can feel and see every action, and that's what I like about these stories. No need to wrap both the path to fiction. It is clear and you could definitely say that the personality of the author is reflected. It is easy to identify the mode to write.

The characters and the story? Oh sweet !!!!! Layla and Gage are those characters that you love and if you do not enjoy even a little of your love, I would not know what was happening to you . Have difficulty, are separated and their love is of the type "for  some reason from the moment I saw you I knew you were the chosen". As I said, it's that kind of romantic stories that stay in your heart, whether by the characters or some other situation. You can take the handkerchief at times, but others definitely your heart pounding.

We are in spring, and you have to enjoy the love, if you like this kind of stories, definitely keep that in mind for next summer holidays if you're in love I enjoy it right now and if not,  fall in love with the characters of this beautiful book.

This time my stars will be hearts:
4.5
